ABOUT MR SEGUN AGBAJE THE FOUNDER OF CHRIST PROJECT GROUP CPG
I'm agbaje segun the founder of a gospel group called christ project group( cpg) I'm a lover of music and from tender age I love to stay around people who played musical instruments so that now give me an opportunity to know more about music and I also want to thank God for gift, wisdom and understanding. christ project group cpg, has been my dream from tender age and has god is helping me I started putting thing together and today the dream has come through and I know that I will get to where He is taken me to amen.

GUIDELINES FOR CHRIST PROJECT GROUP MEMBERS.
ABOUT THIS BOOK (C.P.G)
This write up is organized and arrange for Christ project group (C.P.G)for the understanding of our;-
1. Foundation
2. Vision
3. Mission
4. Rules and Regulation
5. Financial Management
6. Mode of Sanction and Punishment
FOUNDATION
We use this opportunity to appreciate the name of the Lord God Almighty for being a strong pillar to the standing of Christ project group (C.P.G)
We are using this opportunity to announce to every member of this band that Jesus Christ is the source and our foundation.
- Not Money
- Not Material Things
- Not Woman
- Not Man
- Not Young or Old
- Not Idol
But Jesus the rock of out salvation so all our administration on how to make things work for the betterment of this band are bound into the ten commandment of God Almighty.
VISION
Here you will understand our pursued daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
These are the assignment given to the band; we assign to take it and run with it and also accomplish them.
OUR VISION ARE AS FOLLOWS:-
1. Make Christ know to the world through our song
2. We are establish to create branches of our kind round the world
3. We are call to build am army for Christ and possibilitarian for the gospel songs
4. We must make sure love has a strong place in our midst both man and woman.
5. Invitation as follow must be consider:-
(a) Church Invitation
(b) Christian Gardering Invitation
(c) Weeding Ceremony
(d) Burial Invitation and many more
NOTE:- Any invitation from ungodly gardering must be rejected
RULES AND REGULATION
1. Every member of this band must be a born again Christian.
2. Please refrain from talking excessively or playing during rehearsals. If you action continuously disturb rehearsal you will be asked to leave.
3. The dress code must be adhered to at all engagements. All participants must maintain.
4. Do not chew gum at any time during a rehearsal or at the time of ministry.
5. All members are advice to avoid lateness to rehearsals, and a place of ministering.
6. All members must show respect to each other, any disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated.
7. No receiving of calls or unnecessary side talk during rehearsals. Received permission if needed.
8. Every expression of ability and talent, gift must be allowed.
9. Every atom of jealousy of any post or commitment is an offence to body of the band and it attract punishment.
10. Every member must be engaged in one thing or the other, no idleness.
11. Unity and love must be maintain, no grudges or malice. Every case most be settle.
12. Every band secret must be keep within the band.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Every activity in this office must be open and expose to every band member.
In this office every hide out most be avoided. This office would be handle by treasurer and he/she must account for income and expenditure of the band if required or at a given time.
Notification must go round to every member if anything at all will be remove from band pocket and also if anything enters the band pocket Treasurer must be a trust worthy person, who will obey the rules that govern him/her.
Payment of any outing must be manage and direct properly by band manager and treasurer and every report must be given to the band chairman, co-cordinator and entire members.
MODE OF SANCTION AND PUNISHMENT
1. Late coming Charged of N50 and 10 minute standing
2. Missing of programmes by any member, will attract charge of N200 without permission.
3. Missing of rehearsal per-day attract a charge of N200 without permission.
4. Chew gum or side talk will attract N50 charge
5. Fighting and quarreling during rehearsals or after rehearsal or before rehearsal will attract punishment and N200 charges.
6. Every relationship or dating between man and woman should be well know to the band panel or management, because band we have no choice than to expel any member that bring about unwanted pregnancy.
